AI Outreach Agent specifies the sender and author of your messages. This includes the sender's address and signature. If your templates use placeholders for details about the sender (such as job title or experience), this information is pulled directly from the AI Outreach Agent's LinkedIn profile and inserted into the message.
You can set up multiple AI Outreach Agents and select the appropriate one for each campaign from a list.
Preparation: Set Up a Dedicated Email Account for dealcode.ai
When sending campaigns to hundreds of leads, your inbox can quickly become overwhelmed with responses. To manage this, set up a dedicated email address specifically for dealcode.ai. This allows all responses to be filtered and managed by the AI Inbox Analyst (e.g., deleting out-of-office replies, handling negative responses). You only need to address the relevant replies, such as appointment requests.
Steps:
Set Up Email Address:
Create a new email address within your company’s domain (@company.com) or a new custom domain.
Ensure the email address is personalized (e.g., [email protected]) rather than generic (e.g., sales@ or outreach@).
Internal Setup:
Do not set up this email address in dealcode.ai but within your company.
Contact your internal IT department to create the new email account.
Give dealcode.ai Access to the Email Adress:
You need to provide dealcode with the login credentials for the new email address so we can connect dealcode with the customer's Email Service Provider to send emails.
Please send the email address and password to [email protected].
👉 If your IT department does not allow multiple email accounts for one person, consider setting up a custom domain specifically for dealcode messages (e.g. [email protected]). dealcode can create that custom domain for you. Send us a message, if you need our help!
