This article explains the overall Dealcode user flow and helps you understand the steps you need to take to get your first outreach campaign up and running.

1. AI-based Lead Search

The basics of AI Cold Outreach are the leads.

Lead search

Therefore, everything starts with the lead search.

How to search for leads is explained here.

2. Data refinement

Once the lead search is done and the lead list is filled with a lot of potential, it's time to review the results and qualify the leads.

You can make use of Dealcodes filter function to make your life easier.

πŸ’‘ More tips on how to use the filter function can be found here.

Lead enrichment

Once your list is finalized, the leads need to be enriched with email addresses.

πŸ’‘ When the enrichment is triggered, you cannot make any changes to the lead list. Deleting leads is also not possible anymore.

When you are convinced that your lead list is finalized, please click on the top right on "Search e-mails".

Dealcode will search for the emails.

3. AI Cold Outreach

Create Campaign

When the lead enrichment is done, the button text changes to "Create campaign" and you set up your campaign.

Step by step, you will be guided through the setup process.

πŸ’‘ More information about the AI Cold Outreach can be found in this article.

Submit for review

When the campaign information is complete, you can submit your campaign for review

Sample sequence

Your Customer Success Manager will generate a sample sequence based on leads from your final list.

Approval

Next up is your approval. When you are satisfied with the AI-generated messages and confirm the sample sequence, Dealcode will generate all mailings.

Go Live

All messages are generated, and the campaign is set up. Ready to go live!

4. AI-generated requests

As soon as the AI Cold Outreach campaign is live, leads will have the opportunity to book a meeting.
