Once you have finalized your lead list, it's time to create your AI Cold Outreach.

How you create your outreach campaign, will be explained further down in this article.

The AI Cold Outreach is the outreach email campaign for your lead list.

Therefore, the outreach campaigns can have different statuses, which you can find on the left side of the navigation. Here, you can manage and view your campaigns:

Draft: You have started to create your campaign, and you are still working on it.

In Review: Your campaign was submitted to review. Your Customer Success Manager takes a look at your campaign and creates sample emails for your approval.

Active: The campaign is live and running.

Paused: The campaign was paused. This can happen if your website is suddenly down, or you need to re-arrange something internally.
We always try to avoid the pausing of campaigns, but there can always be circumstances when it is useful to stop the current campaign.

Finished: The campaign is completed.

How to create an AI Cold Outreach

πŸ’‘ As the AI Cold Outreach is based on a lead list, new campaigns can be created once your lead list is finalized and enriched.

As soon as the email enrichment of the lead list is done, the button on the top right changes to "Create campaign".

  1. To create a new AI Cold Outreach, please navigate to All Lead Lists, select your lead list, and click at the top right "Create campaign."

  2. You have two options now for creating your campaign.

  3. Create a new campaign from scratch.

  4. Copy the content of an existing campaign.
    πŸ’‘ If you want to check the content of an existing campaign, you can click on the little arrow on the right side. A new tab will open, and you will be able to review your input.
    πŸ’‘ When you copy the content, it is still possible to make adjustments to your texts and information before you submit the campaign for review.

Select your choice and confirm it by clicking on "Create campaign".

Now the campaign setup is going to open and will guide you through the input fields that are needed in order to set up your campaign.

Once you have inserted all the needed information, the top bar will turn green, and the circles will be ticked. Moreover, at the end, you are asked to hand in your campaign by clicking "Submit for review".

Your Customer Success Manager receives an email about your campaign and will create a sample sequence for you.

πŸ’‘ The campaign status changes from "Draft" to "In Review".
Once the sample sequence is approved, the mailings are generated, and the campaign is live, the status changes to "Active".
