Lead Search Blacklist allows you to exclude specific parameters (e.g. company names, job titles) from your lead searches. This feature helps you save time by preventing unwanted leads from appearing in your results.

Start Lead Search
Refine Lead Search using Lead Search Blacklist (see below β¬οΈ)
Reuse Lead Search to run the same search without blacklisted parameters.
How to use Lead Search Blacklist:

Access Lead Search Blacklist:
Go to AI Lead Search Agent in the menu and click on Lead Search Blacklist.
Select the Company Name tab at the top.
Choose a Blacklist Option:
You have two options to blacklist a company name
Blacklist exact company name: Excludes specific company names (e.g., Siemens AG).
Blacklist keywords for company name: Excludes all companies containing the keyword (e.g., Siemens, Siemens Energy, Siemens Mobility).
Choose one option and click on Enter manually at the bottom right.
Enter Company Names:

Enter one company name or keyword per line.
Click Add companies to blacklist when done.
π Tip: You can also upload a CSV-file with the company names you want to blacklist. The CSV file must only contain names of companies, nothing else!

Go to AI Lead Search Agent in the menu and click on Lead Search Blacklist.
Select the Job Title tab at the top.
Choose a Blacklist Option:
You have two options to blacklist a job title:
Blacklist exact job titles: Excludes specific job titles (e.g., manager operations).
Blacklist keywords for job titles: Excludes all job titles containing the keyword (e.g. for the keyword operations: operations manager, head of operations, manager operations)
Choose an option and click Enter manually at the bottom right.
π Tip: You can also upload a CSV-file with the job titles you want to blacklist. The CSV-file must only contain job titles, nothing else!
π Tip for German users: Make sure to include the masculine and feminine versions of a job title (e.g. Leiter, Leiterin) as well as gender neutral titles (e.g Leitung).

Go to AI Lead Search Agent in the menu and click on Lead Search Blacklist.
Select the Company size tab at the top.
Choose a Company Size:
Click into the search bar.
From the drop down menu, choose the company sizes you want to exclude.
Click on Add to blacklist.

Access Lead Search Blacklist:
Go to AI Lead Search Agent in the menu and click on Lead Search Blacklist.
Select the Industry tab at the top.
Choose Industries:
Use the search bar to filter available industries:
By main category, e.g. Manufacturing.
By sub-categry, e.g. Automotive
By industry, e.g. Audi Dealer.
Add an industry to your lead search blacklist by ticking the box.
All your selections are shown in the selection boxes.
π‘ If you do not want to filter by specific industries in the category, check Select all in the industries dropdown menu.
View blacklisted Leads
View blacklisted Leads
Under Lead Search Blacklist, you can finde archived leads that you have removed from your lead searches. For privacy reasons, only the LinkedIn profile link is stored, not the entire lead profile.

You can find these archived leads in the Lead tab. Use the search bar to easily find specific leads within the archive.

Remove parameters from Lead Search Blacklist
Remove parameters from Lead Search Blacklist
Click on Lead Search Blacklist in the sidebar menu.
Click on the a parameter tab, depending on what you want to remove.
In the Lead Search Blacklist overview, locate the parameter you want to remove.
Click the three dots at the end of the row.
Select Delete.
This parameter will no longer be blacklisted in future searches.
