With dealcode.ai you can use an exiting CSV file to start a lead search.

When should I use CSV Upload?

dealcode.ai will verify those leads via a LinkedIn search and search for missing e-mail-addresses. You will then be able to use your lead list to create an AI Outreach Campaign with dealcode.ai

For example, you know which companies and positions you want to address, but you do not have names and e-mail-addresses, yet. dealcode.ai will complete that lead list for you.

1. Prepare your CSV file

Your CSV file needs to meet certain criteria to be processed by the AI:

  • File size: Max.10 MB

  • File name: The name of your file will be the name of your Lead List. Give your file and list a unique name, including a date for better organization.

  • Columns: 5 columns must be present in file:

    • First Name / Last Name / Company Name / Job Title / LinkedIn Profile URL

  • Rows: Each row in the CSV file must contain information for at least one column.

❗ For each row in the file, the AI will only search one lead.

❗ The AI will search for the exact job titles you provide in the CSV file, e.g. Chief Technology Officer. If you also want to search for Officer of Technology, you must include an additional row in your CSV file.

πŸ‘‰ If you use LinkedIn URLs in your CSV, we suggest to leave the other columns empty. dealcode.ai will fill in the most current information e.g. job title from the profiles.

2. Get started

  • Go to Lead Search Results and click on Upload CSV.

  • Set a Lead Search Limit. You limit the number of leads the AI should search for.

  • Click on Upload CSV in the bottom right corner. The upload interface will open.

3. Upload your file

  • Select the country for which you want to search.

  • You can click on Open example CSV to compare your file to an example file that meets all criteria.

  • Click on Browse File to choose a file from your computer.

4. Start Lead Search

  • Once you successfully upload your file, click on Start lead search.

5. Wait for results

  • The AI will crawl LinkedIn, which takes some time.

  • You will receive an email once the results are ready.

6. Refine and Filter Your Results

Refining your lead search results is essential for effective qualification.
