In the company pitch segment, you provide all the information necessary for a successful sales pitch, including the solution, USP, benefits, and references.
Access Company Pitch:
- Click on Company Pitch. - You will see a list of your existing pitches and their status. “Completed” means you can’t make changes anymore. You can also see how many templates use each pitch. 
 
- Click on Create new company pitch. 
Step 1: Company Pitch Name
- Enter a name for your pitch for internal use. 
- Click Save as draft to save your progress. 
- Click Continue to proceed. 
Step 2: Company Name
- Enter the name of your company as it should appear in the mailings. 
- Click Continue to proceed. 
Example: Use the brand name (e.g., dealcode.ai) instead of the company name (e.g., dealcode GmbH).
Step 3: Language Selection
- Select the language for your campaign messages (English or German). 
- Click Continue to proceed. 
Step 4: Solution
Describe the solutions your product/service provides. Focus on one product/service for your campaign.
- Provide up to three solutions, one per input box. 
- Click Continue to proceed. 
👉 Use specific and established wording for your product/servoce to ensure consistency in your message texts.
Example:
Product Name: AI Agent
Solution 1: We have helped +270 companies to make scalable sales and sell more effectively.
Solution 2: The goal of working with us is for sales teams to focus more on building relationships, advising customers, identifying problems and selling, rather than on inefficient cold calling.
Solution 3: To do this, we send email campaigns on behalf of our clients, where each email is individually tailored and personalized to the recipient to get past the "mental spam filter" of leads.
Step 5: Unique Selling Points (USPs)
- Provide up to three USPs for your product/service. 
- Click Continue to proceed. 
Example:
USP 1: dealcode AI ensures qualified new customer appointments via AI-identified leads and AI-individualized email campaigns.
USP 2: Without the need for manual and time-consuming research and cold calling.
USP 3: Manual research and inefficient cold calling are a thing of the past.
Step 6: Benefits
- Enter information about the benefits your product/service provides, including facts and numbers. 
- Provide up to three benefits. 
- Click Continue to proceed. 
Example:
Benefit 1: 30% higher win rate compared to telephone acquisition.
Benefit 2: Qualified new customer appointments automatically in the calendar.
Benefit 3: 100% target group-specific targeting
Step 7: Reference (Optional)
- Include references from previous customers if available. 
- Write the company names as they should appear in the mailings (e.g. no domain like www.company.com). 
- Click Save as draft to save all your information. 
Step 8: Generate Company Pitch:
- Click on Generate company pitch to turn your provided information into a formulated company pitch. 
- Wait: After a few seconds, you will see the generated company pitch. 
- Revise: Read the pitch thoroughly and make necessary changes to the text. 
- Confirm: Once you are satisfied with the pitch, click on Confirm and save. 
❗ You will not be able to make changes to this Company pitch after clicking Confirm and save! If you are not ready to commit yet, click on Cancel.
