Multiple users can collaborate within your dealcode.ai account, and you can assign different roles to each user.

➡️ Access Settings
Go to Settings.
Click the User tab.
Click Open user settings.
Click on Users in the side bar.
Click Invite User.
➡️ Enter User Information
Email & Role: Enter the email address of the new user.
Select Role: Choose a role within dealcode.ai:
Admin: Has all permissions, including user management, can consume tokens.
Campaign Editor: Can create lead lists, templates, and campaigns, no user management, can consume tokens.
HR-Manager: Can create and edit candidate lists/lead lists.
Sales Manager: Can create and edit lead lists.
Viewer: Can view lead lists and campaigns but cannot make changes.
Full Name: Enter the full name of the user.
Phone Number (Optional): Enter the user's phone number.
➡️ Send Invitation
Click Copy invite link to copy an invitation link to your clipboard (optional).
Click Invite to add the user. The user will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.
