Blacklisting allows you to specify which leads should not appear in your lead searches. This prevents certain individuals from receiving messages from your campaigns.
Who should I blacklist?
Who should I blacklist?
Blacklist anyone you don’t want in your lead searches or receiving your campaign messages, such as:
Current customers (when running a new customer acquisition campaign)
Competitors
Partner companies
Leads who have responded negatively
Leads who have positively responded and, for example, scheduled an appointment
👉 If you have multiple leads at a large company, blacklist only the specific email address of uninterested individuals, not the entire company domain. This prevents limiting potential opportunities within different departments of the same company.
