In Dealcode you can invite unlimited users to ensure your team has access and can manage your leads and AI Cold Outreach campaigns at any time.

Login to Dealcode
Navigate to Settings at the bottom left.
Go to User and Open user settings.
When the user settings are open, navigate to Users and click at the top left on Invite user.
All you need is the user's email address and a name.
Please insert the details and select the role.
Click on Invite.
💡 The new user receives an automated email and is asked to log in.

Admin
The Admin has full access and all rights to manage the settings, users, leads and campaigns in Dealcode.
💡 There can be more than one administrator in case you want to have a substitute.
Viewer
The Viewer can only take a look at Dealcode, but does not have the permission to make any changes.
This role is interesting, e.g., if a colleague from another department would like to oversee the input in campaigns.
Editor
The Editor can manage the leads and campaigns, make changes, and make adjustments.
💡 The best practice is that your whole team is in Dealcode. There are one or two administrators who can manage the users. The others have editor rights.
