Introduction
Won Deal Insights is the second widget within AI Analytics and gives you insights about essential won deal KPIs. Same as in Activity Diagnostics, you have the option to filter by a specific time frame and compare one team either with itself (previous period) or with another team.
All KPIs, except win rate, are calculated based on won deals. To calculate those KPIs as precise as possible and due to incomplete or false CRM data we filter out all deals with:
a. sales cycle < 1
b. Filter out closedWon deals with 0 activities
c. Filter out deal sizes = 0
d. Filter out activities that are not between deal creationDate and closeDate
Activities per won deal
Activities per won deal essentially displays the accumulated value of the average amounts of different activity types shown in Activity Diagnostics.
Sales cycle in days
The average sales cycle per won Deal. It is the timeframe between creation and close date.
Average deal size
The average deal size per won deal in the selected time frame.
Win rate
The win rate is the ration between closed won deals to all closed deals in the selected timeframe.
How to read
Same as in Activity Diagnostics, the top number shows the value for the first selector, whereas the bottom number shows the value for the second selector. Eg. if you compare team 1 with team 2, the numbers in the bright-coloured boxes display the values for team 1, the pastel-coloured boxes for team 2 accordingly.
The list view below shows up to the last 100 closed won deals in the selected timeframe. It will only display deals with the close date in the selected timeframe.
