You can import your own leads directly into the dealcode CRM via the CSV Upload, where they can be further qualified and used for campaigns.
The CSV upload opens up numerous use cases. You can qualify existing leads from your previous CRM that are lying there unused. You can also import leads from your own research, for example from trade fair participants. You can also import existing customers in order to launch targeted winback or churn prevention campaigns.
All imported leads are then available to you centrally in dealcode CRM and can be processed as usual.
Technical notes on CSV upload:
Upload of CSV files up to 10 MB
Automatic column assignment
Mandatory fields are first name, surname and company name
After the upload you will receive a summary e-mail
Leads with incorrect data are skipped and listed in the summary
Simply navigate to your dealcode CRM and click Add New Leads. Then select Upload CSV.
Here you can simply upload your data, perform column mapping, and start the upload.
