How to edit Lead information

Keeping lead data accurate is crucial for effective and personalized outreach, and this guide will show you how to make corrections or updates quickly.

Step 1: Access Your Lead Search Results

Navigate to the list containing the lead you wish to edit.

  1. From the main menu, go to the AI Lead Search Agent.

  2. Click on Lead Search Results to view all your lead lists.

  3. Open the specific lead list that contains the lead you need to modify.

Step 2: Open the Lead Profile

Once you have the lead list open, locate the individual lead and open their detailed profile.

  1. Scroll through your list to find the correct lead.

  2. On the right side of the lead, click the blue button to open their profile view.

Step 3: Enter Edit Mode

To begin making changes, you must first enable editing for the lead's profile.

  1. In the lead's profile view, click the Edit button.

  2. This will unlock the fields and allow you to make changes.

Step 4: Update the Lead Information

You can now modify all the available data connected to the lead.

  1. Click into any field you wish to change, such as First Name, Last Name, Job Title, or Company Name.

  2. Make your desired edits, ensuring all information is correct.

❗ Important: Once a lead list is linked to a campaign, it becomes locked, and you will not be able to edit the leads within it. This ensures the consistency of your campaign data.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

After you have finished making all your edits, make sure to save them.

  1. Review your changes one last time for accuracy.

  2. Click the Save Changes button to update the lead's record.
