Click on the desired lead for which you would like more information or if you would like to edit information.
The lead's profile provides essential transparency. For each lead, you can see when which email was sent and what the responses were. This allows you to keep track of all communication and plan your next steps more effectively.
Step 3: Add a Note
Step 3: Add a Note
An additional note field is available on the details page for each lead. This field is ideal for recording conversation notes, expressed interest, or internal comments. All team members can view these notes and thus know at any time what stage of the sales process the lead is in.
Simply click on the pencil icon on the right side of the note field to add or edit a note.
Then click on the check mark to save your input.
