How do I receive feedback from leads?

When you run an AI Outreach Campaign, any replies or feedback from your leads are a crucial part of the process.

Notification Delivery:

The notification is sent directly to the email address that each user is registered with in their dealcode AI account.

No Additional Forwarding Needed:

You do not need to set up any extra forwarding rules or configurations. The system handles this notification process automatically.

Team-Wide Visibility:

This ensures that all relevant team members associated with your dealcode AI account are promptly informed when a lead engages with your outreach campaign.

Direct blacklisting of leads or companies:

In the notification regarding a lead's response, you can decide directly whether you want to blacklist the lead or the entire company so that they do not receive any further communication in the future.

Additional blacklisting in the tool is then no longer necessary.

❗Attention: If you receive feedback from the lead via another channel (e.g. by telephone or direct appointment booking), you must add this lead to the blacklist in dealcode.
