You’ve launched your campaign and might be wondering: When will all my leads be contacted? Or Will my event invitations reach everyone on time?

dealcode.ai delivers your messages in stages to ensure they successfully bypass spam filters. This gradual approach helps improve your campaign’s reach and ensures your emails land in the right inboxes.

Here’s how it works and what to expect:

How Many Messages Are Sent Per Day?

The number of emails sent each day depends on how many have already been sent from your address. Your email address needs to build trust with spam filters to avoid getting blocked.

To keep things running smoothly, dealcode.ai gradually "warms up" your email. We start with 5 emails a day in the first week, increasing by 5 each week. This way, your emails safely reach your leads without raising any red flags.

👉 Tip: Use every weekday and set wide time slots during your first campaign for a fast warm-up-phase.

When Are Follow-Ups Sent?

Your follow-up emails (messages 2-4) are sent based on the schedule you set in Outreach dispatch cycles.

The emails are sent throughout the day depending on the time slots you’ve chosen. So, some leads might get your email at 8 AM on Tuesday, while others could receive theirs at 5:15 PM on Wednesday.

How Long Does It Take to Send All Messages?

The length of your campaign depends on a few things: how “warmed up” your email address is, the time windows you set, and the dispatch cycles.

  • The more emails have been sent, the “warmer” your address becomes.

  • The bigger your time slots and the more days you use, the faster your emails will be sent out.

Example

Let’s take a look at what a typical campaign schedule might look like. These are just estimates for illustration:

Campaign Details:

  • Leads: 600

  • Sender email: No warm-up phase needed

  • Dispatch days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

  • Dispatch cycle: 6 - 10 - 8 days

Since emails are sent gradually throughout the weekdays, an approximate mailing schedule could look like this:

  • Lead 1:

    • 1st email: Day 1

    • 2nd email: Day 6

    • 3rd email: Day 16

    • 4th email: Day 24

  • Lead 600:

    • 1st email: Day 10

    • 2nd email: Day 16

    • 3rd email: Day 26

    • 4th email: Day 34
